Ek aadmi ne Nabi Kareem ﷺ se poocha:
“Kya main jihad karoon?”
Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne poocha:
“Kya tumhare walidain zinda hain?” Usne kaha: “Ji haan۔” Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne farmaya: “To phir unki khidmat mein jihad karo.”
Nabi Kareem ﷺ humein sikha rahe hain ke walidain ki khidmat aur izzat sab se pehle hai. Agar hum unki hifazat, mohabbat aur izzat ka khayal rakhein, to ye Allah ke nazdeek bohot qabil-e-taareef amal hai. Ye humein apni zimmedari aur adab ka ehsaas dilata hai.
Sabaq:
Walidain ki khidmat aur izzat ko apni zindagi ka pehla farz banayein؛ unhe age se “uff” tak bhi na karein, hatta ke wo galat hi q na hon.
Khudara unka sath jite ji na choren, yaad rakhein jab aap chhote the to unhone aapko kabhi akela nahi chhorda, to aap unka sath kyun chorenge kisi k kehne ya kch tanazat par unke aas pass reh kr unki ankho ka tara bane na k door reh kr unhe takleed me mubtala kren.
Unke liye waqt, mohabbat aur izzat nikalna Allah ke nazdeek bohot qabil-e-taareef amal hai aur asli barkat isi me hai.
English Version:
A man asked Nabi Kareem ﷺ:
“Should I go for jihad?”
Nabi Kareem ﷺ asked:
“Are your parents alive?”
He replied: “Yes.”
Nabi Kareem ﷺ said: “Then strive in serving them.”
Nabi Kareem ﷺ teaches us that serving and honoring our parents comes first. If we care for their protection, love, and respect, this is a highly praised deed in Allah’s sight. It reminds us of our responsibility and proper manners towards them.
Lession:
Make serving and honoring your parents the top priority of your life; never even show annoyance (“uff”) to them, even if they are slightly wrong.
Never abandon their side while they are alive; remember, when you were a child, they never left you alone, so why leave them because of someone else’s words or disagreements?
Giving them your time, love, and respect is highly praised in Allah’s sight, and true blessings are found in this.
